999dd Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

999dd is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 999dd and the relevant user ("Player").

By accessing the platform, registering an account, participating in any game, or conducting any financial transaction, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply jointly and complement 999dd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and participate in gaming activities on 999dd, you must be 21 years of age or older. The platform's services are open only to those aged 21 and above. If a player is confirmed to be underage, their account will be immediately closed and the associated funds may be withheld.

2.2 Number of Accounts

Each individual may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, 999dd reserves the right to suspend all accounts and withhold funds. Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is also covered by this restriction.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, contact details, and payment information — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. 999dd may request relevant documents at any time as part of the identity verification process.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and your account secure. Any unauthorized access must be reported to the support team immediately. Allowing third parties to access your account is a direct violation of these Terms.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

999dd currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through the methods listed above.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Requests below these amounts will be rejected by the system.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Processing may be delayed if identity verification is required or unusual activity is detected.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

A withdrawal request will be approved only when:

• The account is fully verified.
• The applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• The withdrawal is requested using the same payment method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• There are no security or fraud flags on the account.

3.5 Currency

All transactions on 999dd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement = ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000. This means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from the bonus. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If multiple bonuses are active on one account at the same time, separate wagering requirements may apply.
• If the wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• 999dd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer without notice.
• Bonus funds may be cancelled if a violation of bonus terms is suspected.

4.4 VIP and Loyalty Program

999dd has four VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback; the Silver tier offers up to 0.6% weekly cashback; the Gold tier offers up to 0.9% weekly cashback; and the Platinum tier offers up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier is determined by the player's activity and engagement on the platform. VIP cashback is subject to applicable wagering requirements.

5 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999dd and will be considered serious violations of these Terms:

• Bonus abuse or placing strategic bets with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account or collect their personal information.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to conduct gaming activities.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Any form of collusion or match-fixing.
• Harassing, offensive, or discriminatory conduct toward other players.

If any of the above violations are detected, 999dd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without notice and to withhold the associated funds.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

999dd offers various gaming options including slots, casino table games, live dealer games, fishing games, and sports betting. The rules set by the third-party providers operating each game — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft — will apply.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events, including competitions such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. 999dd reserves the right to change odds due to market movements, match conditions, or technical reasons.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server outages, network issues, or other technical reasons, 999dd will resolve the situation according to its saved logs. In such cases, 999dd's decision will be considered final.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure at the Player's Request

Any player may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw all valid funds will be provided, though any pending wagering requirements will be cancelled.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 999dd

999dd may immediately suspend or close any account for violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or other legitimate reasons. In cases of serious violations, an account may be closed without notice and without compensation.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

999dd follows a specific policy regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Contact customer support for details on how funds in inactive accounts are handled.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

999dd strives to provide uninterrupted and error-free service, but 999dd will not be held liable in the following situations:

• If service is disrupted due to network outages or internet connectivity issues.
• If loss occurs due to a technical error on the part of a third-party game provider.
• If loss occurs due to the user's own negligence or account security failure.
• If service is suspended due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

In any circumstance, 999dd's total liability will be limited to the actual funds in the player's account at the time of the relevant incident.
